考虑流固耦合的槽罐车横向稳定性分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对槽罐车由于罐内液体晃动引发的车辆横向失稳现象,以两轴小型槽罐车为研究对象,根据势流理论建立罐内液体的流体方程,应用伽辽金法进行求解,分析了罐内液体对槽罐的动量及动量矩描述方法。结合车辆底盘的侧向动力学特性,应用拉格朗日方程建立了考察槽罐车横向稳定性的8自由度动力学模型。通过MATLAB数值算例分析了转向系阶跃输入及双移线工况下罐内液体晃动对车辆横向稳定性的影响,应用动压力、横摆角速度、侧倾角及横向载荷转移率等指标对车辆响应状态进行评价,并根据相关结论提出了改善车辆横向稳定性的技术措施。 It' s common that out of control of tank trucks happens due to liquid sloshing.In order to describe the influence of liquid on the tank,the fluid equation is established according to the theory of potential flow and solved by the method of Galerkin based on a two-axle tank truck.Combined with the lateral dynamic characteristics of the vehicle chassis,an 8-DOF dynamic model of a tank truck is established with Lagrange equations to investigate the lateral dynamic response.The influence of liquid sloshing on vehicle lateral stability under different conditions of steering system is analyzed with MATLAB.Dynamic pressure,yaw velocity,roll angle and lateral load transfer rate are used to evaluate vehicle response status.Based on the conclusions,some measures are proposed to improve vehicle lateral stability.
