摘要
通过HyperMesh软件对高速动车组车下抽拉式设备舱螺栓连接结构进行有限元建模。设备舱与底板处螺栓连接通过刚性元和梁单元实现。根据铁总技术条件和EN12663标准施加载荷工况、利用ANSYS进行有限元分析,在有限元分析基础上提取分析数据,依据VDI2230标准对连接螺栓进行疲劳强度校核、计算与评估,为设计提供参考。
In this paper,the bolt connection structure of the pumping equipment cabin under HyperMesh of the high-speed EMU is modeled by FEM.Bolt connection between the equipment cabin and the bottom plate is realized by the rigid element and the beam element.According to the technical condition of Railway Corporation and the EN12663 standard,apply the load condition, using ANSYS to analyze the finite element,extracting the analysis data on the basis of the finite element,the strength checking, calculation and evaluation data of the connecting bolts according to the VDI 2230,provides the theoretical basis for the design.
