大学生巴哈越野赛车车架设计与仿真 被引量:4

摘要 对巴哈越野赛车的车架系统进行研究。根据《2018中国汽车工程学会巴哈大赛规则》及南京农业大学2017赛季车架存在的问题,确定新车架的设计参数。利用CATIA进行三维建模。利用ANSYS对比赛过程中车架弯曲、扭转等典型工况的强度进行分析,计算车架的扭转刚度、弯曲刚度,再对车架在比赛过程中可能发生的碰撞时的变形量、应力分布进行分析。通过计算和分析可知,该车架设计强度、刚度均满足比赛要求,并且能够在车辆发生意外时对车手进行有效保护。 In this paper,the frame of Baja racing car is studied.According to the rules of the 2018 BSC competition and the problems existing in the 2017 season's frame of Nanjing Agricultural University,the design parameters of the new frame are determined,and then the geometric model of the frame is built by using CATIA.ANSYS is used to analyze the strength of typical working conditions such as bending and torsional condition during the competition,and calculate the torsional rigidity and bending rigidity of the frame.Then the deformation and stress distribution in the collision course of the frame are analyzed.Through calculation and analysis,we find that the strength and stiffness of the frame meet the requirements of the race,and it can effectively protect the driver when the vehicle is in an accident.
