电动轿车三挡AMT传动系统参数匹配与性能仿真

摘要 基于奇瑞汽车公司旗下某款电动汽车整车参数要求,设计了电动轿车三挡AMT传动系统,匹配了相应的电池、电机和AMT系统,并通过GA算法优化传动系的传动比,运用AVLCRUISE软件建立整车模型,仿真表明:设计的传动系满足国家标准要求,具有良好的匹配关系,优化后的速比提高了整车动力性和续驶里程。 Based on the parameter requirements of an electric vehicle of Chery Automobile Company,a three-gear AMT transmission system of electric car is designed,which matches the corresponding batteries,motors and AMT systems.The transmission ratio of the transmission system is optimized by GA algorithm,and the whole vehicle model is established by AVL CRUISE software.The simulation results show that the designed transmission meets the requirements of the national standard,has good matching relationship,and the optimized speed ratio improves the power performance and driving mileage of the vehicle.
