摘要
结合生产实践,对几种PP/PE双组份熔喷医用非织造布的厚度、面密度、断裂强力、断裂伸长、顶破性能、耐磨性、硬挺度、尺寸稳定性、透气性、透湿性、拒水性和过滤性等进行测试,并从外观和非织造布结构等角度出发,分析了PP/PE双组份熔喷非织造布的性能和特点,同时分析比较了不同克重的试样.通过实验得出:不同克重的非织造布具有不同的力学性能和较为稳定的结构,发现非织造布的克重、厚度和结构特征等对以上性能影响较大,并有一定的相关关系,得出PP/PE双组份熔喷非织造布材料具有独特的性能,适合开发各类功能性产品,在医用等方面有着广泛的应用前景.
Combined with production practice, the thickness, surface density, breaking strength, breaking extension, breaking property, wear resistance, stiffness, dimensional stability, air permeability and moisture permeability, water repellency and filterability of several PP/PE two-component melt-blown medical non-woven fabrics are studied. From the perspective of appearance and nonwovens structure, this paper analyzes the properties and characteristics of PP/PE two-component melt-blown nonwovens. Meanwhile, the paper also analyzes and compares the samples with different gram weight. The experimental results show that the nonwovens with different gram weight have different mechanical properties and rather stable structure. It is found that the gram weight, thickness and structural characteristics of nonwovens have great influence on the above properties, and there is a certain correlation. It is concluded that PP/PE two-component melt-blown nonwovens have unique properties, which are suitable for the development of all kinds of functional products, and have a wide range of application prospects in medical and other aspects.
