依托三北地区自然资源优势及汽车轮胎和橡胶等产业发展需求,以蒲公英橡胶草为基础材料,以综合加工利用为目标,拟开拓蒲公英橡胶第二橡胶资源。主要研究了高效低成本蒲公英橡胶绿色综合制取技术,确定了蒲公英橡胶产品应用特性,分析了蒲公英橡胶在汽车、电子、化工、复合材料等领域的应用前景,为降低对传统天然橡胶的季节性依赖,满足日益增长的橡胶需求提供技术支持,并通过对我国蒲公英橡胶产业的发展前景分析提出了未来蒲公英橡胶的技术开发趋势和产业化前景。

Relying on the advantages of natural resources in Three north area and the development needs of automotive tires and rubber industries,the second rubber resource of dandelion rubber is intended to be developed,with dandelion rubber grass as the basic material and comprehensive processing and utilization as the goal.This paper mainly studies the green comprehensive preparation technology of dandelion rubber with high efficiency and low cost,determines the application characteristics of dandelion rubber products,and analyzes the application prospect of dandelion rubber in automobile,electronics,chemical industry,composite materials and other fields to provide technical support to reduce seasonal dependence on traditional natural rubber and to meet the growing demand for rubber. Based on the analysis of the development prospect of dandelion rubber industry in China,the technical development trend and industrialization prospect of dandelion rubber in the future are put forward.
