摘要
以Vericut为平台,通过对嘉泰JT-GL8-V型机床1∶1模型的建立,实现了华中848B双转台机床RTPC五轴联动和3+2编程的真实仿真。同时发现了华中848B系统对A轴非对称机床3+2编程的局限性并提出了解决方法。
Based on Vericut platform,through the establishment of 1∶1 model of Jiatai JT-GL8-V machine tool,the real simulation of RTPC five-axis linkage and 3+2 programming of double turntable machine tool is realized. At the same time,the limitation of programming 3+2 for A-axis asymmetric machine tools in Huazhong 848C system is found and some solutions are proposed.
