基于超弹性牙周膜的三维有限元正畸模型的构建 被引量:1

摘要 目的构建高精度的正畸模型为后期研究奠定基础。方法通过有限元方法建立直丝弓矫治器三维非线性模型。结果成功建立了以Mooney-Rivlin超弹性牙周膜为基础的上颌骨-上牙列-MBT矫治器-方丝三维有限元模型,包括1380785个节点,849924个单元。结论本模型具有可信的临床仿真性,可满足正畸相关力学行为的研究需要。 Objective To establish a high precision orthodontic model which will lay a good foundation for subsequent research.Methods FEM were used to construct a three dimensional nonlinear model with straight wire appliance.Results A maxilla-dentition-MBT appliance-rectangular wire three dimensional element model were constructed successfully.The model based on Mooney-Rivlin hyperelastic periodontal ligament and included 1 380 785 nodes and 849 924 elements.Conclusions The model has reliable clinical simulation,which can used to the research on the mechanical behavior of orthodontics.
