宫腔球囊压迫止血治疗产后出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of uterine cavity balloon compression for hemostasis in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的分析宫腔球囊压迫止血治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法选择我院2016年6月至2017年6月的40例产后出血产妇为研究对象,按照抽单双号的方式将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组采用宫腔纱布填塞止血法,观察组采用宫腔球囊压迫止血法。比较两组的治疗情况(治疗时间、手术操作时间、术后24h血红蛋白水平)及术后情况(止血率、子宫动脉结扎率)。结果观察组治疗时间、手术操作时间及术后24h血红蛋白水平均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组止血率与子宫动脉结扎率均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论球囊压迫止血法治疗产后出血效果显著,可缩短治疗时间及手术操作时间,改善24h血红蛋白水平,提高止血率,降低子宫动脉结扎率,在临床上具有较高的推广应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of uterine cavity balloon compression for hemostasis in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 40 parturients with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the method of drawing single and double numbers, with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with uterine cavity gauze packing for hemostasis, while the observation group was treated with uterine cavity balloon compression for hemostasis.The therapeutic effects (treatment time, operation time, hemoglobin levels at 24 hours after operation) and the postoperative situation (hemostasis rates, uterine artery ligation rates) were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment time, operation time and hemoglobin level at 24 hours after operation in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The hemostasis rate and uterine artery ligation rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine cavity balloon compression for hemostasis has a significant effect in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.It can shorten the treatment time and operation time, improve the hemoglobin level at 24 hours after operation and the hemostasis rate, reduce the uterine artery ligation rate, which has high clinical promotion and application value.
