翻瓣导萌术联合固定正畸矫治在上颌埋伏阻生前牙治疗中的应用效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨翻瓣导萌术联合固定正畸矫治在上颌埋伏阻生前牙治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年1月至2017年10月收治的68例上颌埋伏阻生前牙患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组采用翻瓣导萌术治疗,观察组采用翻瓣导萌术+固定正畸矫治术治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的手术成功率为94.12%,明显高于对照组的32.35%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组上颌埋伏阻生前牙萌出时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率为5.88%,低于对照组的20.59%,但两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论翻瓣导萌术联合固定正畸矫治在上颌埋伏阻生前牙治疗中的应用效果显著,其可有效提高手术成功率,缩短上颌埋伏阻生前牙萌出时间,并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the application effect of flap-guided germination combined with fixed orthodontic treatment on impacted maxillary anterior teeth.Methods A total of 68 patients with impacted maxillary anterior teeth admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random lottery method, with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flap-guided germination, while the observation group was treated with flap-guided germination+fixed orthodontic treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of operation in the observation group was 94.12%, which was significantly higher than 32.35% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The eruption time of impacted maxillary anterior teeth in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.88%, which was lower than 20.59% in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Flap-guided germination combined with fixed orthodontic treatment on impacted maxillary anterior teeth has a significant effect.It can effectively improve the success rate of operation, shorten the eruption time of impacted maxillary anterior teeth, and with lower incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
