心肌酶谱在不同程度烧伤患者判定中的应用价值

Application value of myocardial enzymogram in judging patients with different degrees of burn

目的探讨心肌酶谱在不同程度烧伤患者判定中的应用价值。方法将我院收治的40例不同程度烧伤患者设为观察组,并按照病情严重程度将其分为甲组(轻度烧伤,15例)、乙组(中度烧伤,15例)及丙组(重度烧伤,10例)。另外,将同期于我院进行体检的40名健康志愿者设为对照组。比较所有研究对象的心肌酶谱检测结果。结果观察组的CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST及ATL水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。丙组的CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST及ATL水平及阳性检出率均显著高于甲、乙组,乙组上述指标水平均明显高于甲组(P<0.05)。结论烧伤患者的心肌酶谱水平会显著升高,且烧伤程度越严重,心肌酶谱水平越高。心肌酶谱水平可有效反映患者心肌受损程度,也可为患者获得及时有效的治疗提供参考依据,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application value of myocardial enzymogram in judging patients with different degrees of burn.Methods Forty patients with different degrees of burn admitted in our hospital were set as observation group, and according to the severity of the disease, they were divided into group A (mild burn, 15 cases), group B (moderate burn, 15 cases) and group C (severe burn, 10 cases).In addition, 40 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were set as control group.The results of myocardial enzymogram were compared among all objects.Results The levels of CK, CK-MB, LDH, AST, ATL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The levels and the positive detection rates of CK, CK-MB, LDH, AST and ATL in the group C were significantly higher than those in the group A and B, and those in the group B were significantly higher than the group A (P<0.05).Conclusion The myocardial zymogram levels of burn patients increased significantly;and the severer the burn, the higher the myocardial enzymogram levels.Myocardial zymogram levels can effectively reflect the degree of myocardial damage in patients, and provide a reference for timely and effective treatment of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
