美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠联合喜炎平治疗中老年社区获得性肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of mezlocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in the elderly

目的分析美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠联合喜炎平治疗中老年社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月至2017年12月我院收治的76例中老年社区获得性肺炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组(38例,美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗)和B组(38例,美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠+喜炎平治疗)。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前、后生活质量、咳嗽消失时间及体温恢复正常时间。结果B组治疗总有效率显著高于A组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者ADL评分均显著升高,且B组显著高于A组(P<0.05)。B组咳嗽消失时间、体温恢复正常时间均短于A组(P<0.05)。结论美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠联合喜炎平治疗中老年社区获得性肺炎效果显著,值得广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of mezlocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in the elderly.Methods A total of 76 elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into group A (38 cases, treated with mezlocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium) and group B (38 cases, treated with mezlocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium and hippin sodium).The therapeutic effects, quality of life before and after treatment, recovery time of body temperature and disappearance time of cough were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the group B was significantly higher than that of the group A (P<0.05).After treatment, ADL scores of the two groups increased, and that in the group B was significantly higher than the group A (P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough and recovery time of body temperature in the group B were shorter than those in the group A (P<0.05).Conclusion Mezlocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in the elderly has significant effect, which is worthy of wide application.
