X线平片、双排螺旋CT单一检查及联合检查在腰椎间盘突出症诊断中的应用价值 被引量:13

摘要 目的研究X线平片、双排螺旋CT单一检查及联合检查在腰椎间盘突出症诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的74例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,所有患者均给予X线平片、双排螺旋CT检查,对比X线平片检查、CT检查与联合检查的诊断价值,并分析不同诊断方式的影像学表现。结果手术结果显示,74例患者中有中央型38例,旁侧型26例,椎间孔型6例,极外侧型4例。X线平片检查、CT检查和联合检查的突出部位符合率分别为37.84%、94.59%和100.00%,联合检查的突出部位符合率高于单一X线平片检查或CT检查(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症的诊断中X线平片联合双排螺旋CT检查的应用效果显著,可进一步提升检查诊断准确率,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To study the application value of X-ray plain film, double-slice spiral CT single examination and combined examination in diagnosis of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods Seventy-four patients with lumbar disc herniationin admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the patients underwent X-ray and double-slice spiral CT examination.The diagnostic value of single X-ray examination, CT examination and combined examination were compared, and the imaging manifestations of differences diagnostic methods were analyzed.Results The recults of operation showed that, among 74 patients, there were 38 cases of central type, 26 cases of lateral type, 6 cases of intervertebral foramen type and 4 cases of extreme lateral type.The coincidence rate of X-ray plain film examination, CT examination and combined examination in protrusion position was 37.84%, 94.59% and 100.00% respectively.The coincidence rate of combined examination were higher than those of X-ray examination or CT examination(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined examination of X-ray and CT in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation has remarkable effect.It can further improve the diagnostic accuracy of lumbar disc herniation, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
