全程优质护理模式对耐多药结核病患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effects of entire process model of quality nursing on negative emotions and quality of life of patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis

目的探究全程优质护理模式对耐多药结核病(MDR-TB)患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2016年8月至2017年8月间诊断为MDR-TB的110例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组患者采用常规护理模式,观察组患者采用全程优质护理模式。比较两组患者护理效果,包括服药依从性、负性情绪及生活质量等。结果护理3个月后,观察组患者的服药总依从率(90.91%)显著高于对照组(72.73%)(P<0.05);两组患者的负性情绪和睡眠质量评分均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的GQOLI-74各维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程优质护理模式可提高MDR-TB患者的用药依从性,在降低患者负性情绪的基础上,提高其睡眠和生活质量,临床应用价值高。

Objective To investigate the effects of entire process model of quality nursing on negative emotions and quality of life of patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB).Methods A total of 110 patients with MDR-TB diagnosed in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number method, with 55 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine nursing, while the observation group were treated with entire process model of quality nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared, including medication compliance, negative emotions and quality of life.Results After 3 months of nursing, the total compliance rate of taking medicine of the observation group (90.91%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.73%)(P<0.05);the scores of negative emotion and sleep quality decreased in both groups, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);the GQOLI-74 scores of the two groups increased in all dimensions, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The entire process model of quality nursing can improve the medication compliance and quality of sleep and life on the basis of reducing the negative emotions of MDR-TB patients, which has high clinical application value.
