早期康复护理在急性脑血栓患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis

目的探讨早期康复护理在急性脑血栓患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择2016年9月至2017年9月在我院就诊的254例急性脑血栓患者为研究对象,按照不同护理方式将其分为研究组(早期康复护理)和对照组(常规护理),各127例。比较两组治疗前、后FAM、Barthel指数评分,并调查两组患者护理满意度,观察两组患者致残率及失语率。结果护理后,两组FMA评分均升高,且研究组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组Barthel指数评分均明显升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度为95.28%,显著高于对照组的81.10%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组致残率及失语率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复在护理急性脑血栓患者中的应用效果良好,可改善患者的运动功能及生活自理能力,且患者护理满意度较高,致残率及失语率较低,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods A total of 254 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group (early rehabilitation nursing) and control group (routine nursing) according to different nursing methods, with 127 casess in each group.The scores of FAM and Barthel index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The nursing satisfaction of patients in the two group were investigated and the disability and aphasia rates were observed in both groups.Results After nursing, the FMA scores of the two groups increased, and that in the study group was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing, the Barthel index scores of the two groups significantly increased, and that in the study group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 95.28%, which was significantly higher than 81.10% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The disability and aphasia rates in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing has a good effect in application of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.It can improve the motor function and self-care ability of patients, with a high patients'nursing satisfaction and low disability and aphasia rate, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
