综合护理在老年椎管狭窄中经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术围术期的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in elderly patients with spinal stenosis

目的探究综合护理在老年椎管狭窄中经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术围术期的应用效果。方法按照抽签法选取2017年1月至2017年12月在本院接受经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术治疗的50例老年椎管狭窄患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组25例。对照组给予围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率及护理满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的VAS、ODI、SAS及SDS评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于老年椎管狭窄中经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术围术期中,能够有效提高治疗效果和护理满意度,显著改善患者疼痛和不良心理状态,并且可以促进患者肢体功能恢复,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in elderly patients with spinal stenosis. Methods According to the lottery method, 50 elderly patients with spinal stenosis who were treated by percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing during perioperative period, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of VAS, ODI, SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased significantly, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention applied in the perioperative period of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in elderly patients with spinal stenosis can effectively improve the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction, significantly ameliorate the pain and bad psychological state of patients, and promote the recovery of patients’ limb function, which is worth promoting in clinic.
