摘要 目的探究手术室强化护理预防术中体温过低的效果。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月于我院进行手术治疗的98例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(手术室强化护理)和对照组(常规护理),各49例。比较两组患者术中低体温发生率、不同时间点的鼻咽温及肛温。结果研究组的低体温发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。麻醉后20、40 min及手术结束时,对照组的鼻咽温及肛温均低于研究组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。麻醉后随着时间的推移,两组患者体温均出现下降,但研究组患者体温下降较为平缓,而对照组患者麻醉后20 min出现体温骤降。结论手术室强化护理能够有效预防术中低体温的发生,还能够减少患者麻醉后体温下降幅度,对低体温引发的各类并发症具有积极的预防作用。 Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing in operatin g room on preventing hypothermia during operation. Methods Ninety-eight patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to January2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into study group(intensive nursing in operating room) and control group(routine nursing) according to random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The incidences of hypothermia, nasopharyngeal temperature and anal temperature at different time points were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of hypothermia in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nasopharyngeal temperature and anal temperature of the control group at 20, 40 minutes after anesthesia and the end of operation were lower than those of the study group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). With the passage of time after anesthesia, the body temperature of the two groups decreased, but the body temperature of the study group decreased more gently, while that of the control group decreased sharply at 20 minutes after anesthesia. Conclusion Intensive nursing in operating room can effectively prevent the incidence of hypothermia during operation, and also reduce the extent of temperature drop after anesthesia. It has a positive preventive effect on various complications caused by hypothermia.
