早期康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者功能康复及负性情绪的影响

Effect of early rehabilitation nursing on functional rehabilitation and negative emotion in stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的分析早期康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者功能康复及负性情绪的影响。方法选择本院2016年8月至2018年8月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者400例,以入院序号奇偶性分组,分为对照组(n=200,常规护理)和研究组(n=200,早期康复护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后2个月,研究组的BI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后2个月,两组的FMA评分均显著升高,SDS及SAS评分均显著降低,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理可有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体功能,提升其生活能力,减轻负性情绪,效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on functional rehabilitation and negative emotion in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 400 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were divided into control group(n=200, routine nursing) and study group(n=200, early rehabilitation nursing) according to the parity of admission number. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Two months after nursing, the BI score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).Two months after nursing, the FMA scores of both groups increased significantly, the scores of SDS and SAS decreased significantly, and those of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the limb function of stroke patients with hemiplegia, enhance their living ability and reduce negative emotions, with significant effect. It is worth learning.
