个案管理护理模式在精神分裂症住院患者中的应用效果

Application effect of case management nursing mode in schizophrenia inpatients

目的观察个案管理护理模式在精神分裂症住院患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年5月至2018年1月收治的精神分裂症住院患者88例为研究对象,根据入住时间将其分为参照组(44例,给予常规护理)与管理组(44例,在参照组的基础上实施个案管理护理模式)。比较两组护理效果。结果出院时与出院1年后,两组心理社会、运动与精力、症状表现及不良反应评分较分组时均降低,且管理组明显低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院1年后,两组患者心理社会、运动与精力、症状表现及不良反应评分均高于出院时(P<0.05)。管理组的护理满意度为88.64%,显著高于参照组的65.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症住院患者中实施个案管理护理模式可提高患者的护理治疗配合度,有效改善患者的生活质量,从而提高的患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the application effect of case management nursing model in schizophrenia inpatients.Methods A total of 88 schizophrenia inpatients in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study objects. According to the admission time of stay, patients were divided into reference group(44 cases, given routine nursing) and management group(44 cases, given case management nursing mode on the basis of the reference group). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results At discharge and one year after discharge, the scores of psychosocial, motion and energy, symptoms and adverse reactions of the two groups decreased compared with the grouping,and those in the management group were lower than the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One year after discharge, the scores of psychosocial, motion and energy, symptoms and adverse reactions in the two groups were higher than those at discharge(P<0.05). The satisfaction of nursing in the management group was 88.64%, which was significantly higher than 65.91% of the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion Case management nursing model applied in schizophrenia inpatients can improve the coordination degree of nursing treatment, effectively improve the quality of life of patients, thereby improving the patients’ nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
