镜面混凝土施工技术应用研究

Application Study of Mirror Concrete Construction Technology

以跨长白西路桥工程双曲面桥墩镜面施工的应用为研究对象,介绍了镜面混凝土产生的机理、混凝土配合比控制、模板处理、模板漆涂刷质量控制、支模施工、浇筑及养护施工注意事项等,通过试验探索最终实现了墩柱表面镜面的效果,提高了墩柱外观质量,在施工中也得到了良好的应用,起到了良好的经济效果和社会效果。

Taking the application of mirror construction of hyperboloid pier in Shenyang Shengli Street Expressway-Changbai West Road Bridge Project as the research object, this paper introduces the mechanism of mirror concrete, the control of concrete proportion, the treatment of formwork, the quality control of formwork painting, the construction of supporting formwork, the pouring and maintenance of the mirror surface of pier and pillar, and finally achieves the effect of mirror construction of pier and pillar,and improves it. The appearance quality of piers and columns has also been well applied in construction, and has played a good economic and social effect.
