摘要
在矩形隧道顶管密贴施工过程中,管片导向的精确控制一直是技术难题,为此在装配式结构地下工程科研项目中引入了E形导向装置。该导向装置由阴槽和阳榫组成,能对后续顶进的邻跨管片提供竖直方向上的约束,并且在水平方向上能避免管节贴死。在工程应用中,导向装置对辅助顶管姿态控制发挥了重要作用,特别是在控制管节贴死以及控制垂直姿态方面有着较好的效果。最后,针对E形导向装置在水平防脱离方面存在的问题,提出了2种导向装置的优化模型。
During the pipe jacking adjacent construction of a rectangular tunnel, segment-oriented precision control is a technical problem. For this reason, the E-shaped guide device was introduced into an underground engineering research project. The guide device can provide vertical restraint to subsequent jacking segments, and it helps to avoid pipe tightness in the horizontal direction.In engineering practice, the guiding device plays an important role in controlling the posture of the jacking pipe, especially in controlling the vertical posture and the tightness of the pipe section. Due to the fact that the E type guide device has no obvious effect on the horizontal anti-detachment, two optimized models of the guide device have been proposed for this purpose.
