基于我国风景名胜区保护地模式的国家公园规划管控体系建设研究

风景名胜区作为国家立法保障的重要保护地类型,与国外国家公园体制耦合度较高,对我国国家公园体系构建、编制模式、规划审批、实施管控等方面具有较强的可借鉴价值。依托风景名胜区等现有保护地,建立科学完善的国家公园规划管控体系具有积极价值,是我国国家公园事业健康可持续发展的基础保障。

As an important protection type for national legislation, the scenic spots area has a high degree of coupling with foreign national parks.lt has strong reference value for the construction, compilation mode, planning approval and implementation control of China's national park system.Relying on existing protected areas such as scenic spots and places,it is of positive value to establish a scientific and perfect national park planning management and control system, which is the basic guarantee for the healthy and sustainable development of China's national parks.
