摘要
基于Web Servicer技术和JAVA语言,进行了地铁设施保护管理系统的搭建和GPS手持巡查终端的开发研究,不仅建立了地铁设施保护的常见作业标准,规划了安全保护区巡查流程、实现安全保护区巡查作业的精细化人员管理的同时,提高了安全保护区巡查作业及受控项目管理的标准化水平,还实现了业务信息获取与电子化的同步,减少了中间处理环节,极大的方便了后期数据的统计分析,节省大量人力、物力成本,提高了地铁设施保护管理信息的时效性与准确性,同时也为隧道结构运营养护工作的信息化、科学化奠定了基础。
Based on Web Servicer technology and JAVA language,this paper carries out the construction of subway facility protection management system and the development of GPS handheld inspection terminal.lt not only establishes the common operation standards for subway facility protection, but also plans the security protection area inspection process and realizes the security protection zone.At the same time, the fine-grained personnel management of the inspection operation has improved the standardization level of the inspection and control project management of the security protection zone,and also realized the synchronization of the acquisition and electronicization of business information, reducing the intermediate processing link, and greatly facilitating the later stage.The statistical analysis of the data saves a lot of manpower and material cost,improves the timeliness and accuracy of the protection and management information of the subway facilities,and lays a foundation for the informationization and scientificization of the tunnel structure operation and maintenance work.
