绿色建筑技术在公共建筑改造中的应用思考

在我国公共建筑种类较多,并且存在的量也比较大,在公共建筑改造当中,又没有充分考虑到公共建筑在整体生命周期当中的能源耗损以及对周边环境的影响。因此在公共建筑使用过程中其室内舒适度会明显降低,而如果将公共建筑进行拆除改造又会带来较大的资源浪费与大面积的环境污染,而绿色建筑技术在公共建筑改造中可行性比较大,在公共建筑改造过程中运用绿色建筑技术可以解决当前公共建筑改造再利用中存在的问题。首先分析绿色建筑技术目前的应用现状以及相关技术应用,从而进一步分析在公共建筑改造当中绿色建筑技术的应用。

There are many types of public buildings in China, and the amount of existence is relatively large.In the renovation of public buildings’ the energy consumption of public buildings in the overall life cycle and the impact on the surrounding environment are not fully considered.Therefore, the indoor comfort during the use of public buildings will be significantly reduced, and if the public buildings are demolished, it will bring greater waste of resources and large-scale environmental pollution, and the feasibility of green building technology in the transformation of public buildings.Larger, the use of green building technology in the process of public building renovation can solve the problems existing in the transformation and reuse of public buildings.This paper first analyzes the current application status of green building technology and related technology applications, and further analyzes the application of green building technology in public building renovation.
