摘要
结合液压实验台,以速度换接回路为例,介绍了运用PLC进行液压控制系统的设计,并提供了硬件及软件方案以及液压实验台的实现过程。实验表明,采用PLC对液压实验台进行自动控制,系统具有良好的运行特性和灵活性。
Combining with the hydraulic test-bed and taking the speed switch circuit as an example, this paper introduces the design of hydraulic control system by using PLC, and provides the hardware and software scheme as well as the realization process of the hydraulic test-bed. Experiments show that the hydraulic test-bed is automatically controlled by PLC, and the system has good operation characteristics and flexibility.
