摘要
[目的]利用液相色谱-质谱/质谱外标法定量分析检测了60%锰锌·腈菌唑可湿性粉剂在番茄中消解动态及残留量,用以评价腈菌唑在番茄上使用的安全性。[方法]经乙腈提取,稀释后利用液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)进行检测,外标法定量。[结果]在0.002~0.5mg/L的质量浓度范围内,腈菌唑的质量浓度与响应值呈良好的线性关系;在0.01~1.0mg/kg添加质量分数范围内,腈菌唑的平均回收率为90.4%~99.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.5%~4.8%;腈菌唑的定量限(LOQ)为0.01mg/kg。[结论]检测结果表明腈菌唑在番茄中的半衰期为3.2~3.6d。腈菌唑在距离最后施药14d采样时番茄中残留量为<0.01~0.38mg/kg。
[Aims] A LC-MS/MS with external standard method was used to determine the degradation dynamic and final residues of mancozeb·myclobutanil 60% WP in tomato with the aim of evaluating the safety of the use of myclobutanil in tomato.[Methods] Myclobutanil in the samples was extracted with acetonitrile, and the determination was conducted by LC-MS/MS and external standard method.[Results] When the mass concentration was 0.002-0.5 mg/L, the mass concentration and response value of myclobutanil have a good linear relation. While the addictive concentration was 0.01-1.0 mg/kg, the average recovery rate of myclobutanil was 90.4-99.2%, and the RSD was 4.5-4.8%. The LOQ of myclobutanil was 0.01 mg/kg.[Conclusions] The test results showed that the half-life of myclobutanil in tomato was 3.2-3.6 d. When the samples were taken at 14 d after last application, myclobutanil residual concentration in tomato was <0.01-0.38 mg/kg.
