崇左市体育中心项目包括游泳馆、体育馆、综合馆等,屋面围护系统要求满足一级防水设计,其中屋面板和外装饰铝单板有直板、扇板、多曲率弯弧板,要求成熟的成板工艺并且施工准确。游泳馆弯弧区域面板超长,弯弧半径大,施工困难;体育馆扇板布置,扇板连接位置防水处理需重点考虑;综合馆双坡屋面,屋脊位置防水处理尤为重要。

The sports center of Chongzuo City includes swimming pool, gymnasium, comprehensive hall and so on. The roof maintenance system in this project is in line with the first-level waterproof design. Among them, roof and exterior decorative aluminum veneer have straight plate, fan plate, multi -curvature curved arc plate, which require mature board fonning technology and accurate construction. Because the curved arc area panel of the natatorium is extremely long and the curved arc radius is large, the construction is difficult. The stadium is fan-shaped panel layout. The waterproof treatment of sector plate connection position needs to be considered.In comprehensive hall, the waterproof treatment of the double slope roof and roof ridge position is particularly important.
