摘要
针对航空航天线缆领域要求线缆具有柔韧性便于安装的要求,采用航空航天线缆用交联乙烯四氟乙烯绝缘材料(X-ETFE)与含氟弹性体的结合的方法,研究了柔性线缆材料X-ETFE的特性。结果表明,加入质量分数40%的偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物弹性体并经过0.15~0.20MGy的辐照,能够明显提高X-ETFE柔韧性能,满足了航空航天领域柔性线缆的技术要求。
In order to meet the requirement of flexibility and easy installation of aerospace wire, cross- linking flexible ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer(X-ETFE) applied on aerospace is prepared by blending ETFE with fluoride elastomer. The properties of flexible X- ETFE are studied. Results show that ETFE with 40% of polyvinylidene floride tetrafluoraoethylenehexafluoropropylene copolymer after electronic beam cross-linking of 0.15~0.20 MGy Mrad can enhance the flexibility of X-ETFE dramatically and meet the requirement of flexible aerospace wire.
