摘要
针对冷却塔循环水泵一般留有20%~25%余量的情况,采用水轮机直接驱动风机的方法取代原有风机电机。当富余压头与进口压头的比≥1时,符合改造条件。实际改造后的运行结果表明,单台体积流量3000m3/h、年工作8000h的冷却塔,每年节约费用约90万元,1年左右即可收回投资。且比直接降低循环水泵功率所需费用更低。
The circulating water pumps of cooling column are running with more 20%~25% energy. When the ratio of rest pressure energy and inlet pressure energy is more than or equal to 1, it is available to drive the fan in cooling column with hydraulic turbine instead of electric motor. The results show that it can save about 900 000 yuan per year with one cooling column that runs 8 000 h/y with capable of 3 000 m3/h. It is satisfied that the cost will be lower than the way to decrease the power of circulating water pumps directly.
