摘要 从机械密封装置内外侧压力平衡实现机理角度,分析了某氟化产品原有反应釜搅拌轴机械密封压力平衡装置存在的固有缺陷及使用局限性。自行设计了1种新的压力平衡控制系统,采用DCS开关量控制电磁阀实现液封压力精确调节在±25kPa范围内。实际运行结果表明,彻底消除了机械密封的渗漏,解决了以往压力平衡装置因控制精度不足导致工作不可靠的问题,大大提高了机械密封的使用寿命和安全性。 Inherent drawback and application limitations of stirrer mechanical sealing pressure balanced system in some fluorination reactor were analyzed according to in and out sides pressure balancing. A new pressure balancing system which is designed by self was put into practice that control hydraulic pressure to level off at ±25 kPa by controlling magnet valve in the system of DCS. It is pleasant to receive the result that mechanical sealing leaking is eliminated completely. The working life and security of mechanical sealing is improved and unreliable controlling problem is resolved successfully.
