作为我国基本经济制度的重要实现形式,混合所有制是在现代公司制度框架内,在明确终极出资人的基础上,以出资与用资关系确立企业"独立的市场主体"身份的又一创新,是实现公有制与市场经济相互融合的重要举措。发展混合所有制经济,有必要回顾与总结我国混合所有制的发展历程及经验,澄清相关认识误区,对混合所有制企业的经济性质进行再认识。在发展混合所有制经济的过程中,需要特别关注资本公允定价,防止国有资产流失。积极发展混合所有制,要从宏观和微观两方面把握其不同意义,从政治经济学理论创新发展的视角展开讨论,将国有企业改革推向新的境界。

As an important way of realizing our basic economic system, mixed ownership is another innovation of enterprise organization form from the perspective of ultimate investors within the framework of modern company system. It is also another measure to realize the integration of public ownership and market economy. To develop mixed ownership economy, it is necessary to review and summarize the development process and experience of mixed ownership in China, to clarify the misunderstandings, to further define the important innovative significance of developing mixed ownership in ownership theory, and to re-recognize the economic nature of mixed ownership enterprises. In the process of developing mixed ownership economy, special attention should be paid to fair pricing of capital to prevent the loss of stateowned assets. To actively develop mixed ownership, we should grasp its different meanings from macro and micro aspects, discuss it from the innovational and developmental perspective of political economics theory, and then we can push the reform of state-owned enterprises to a new level.
