基于“产城融合”理念的城市规划策略初探——以湖南娄底梅子湾地区城市设计为例

Urban Planning Strategy Study Based on the “City and Industry Integration”——Taking the Urban Design of Meizi Bay in Loudi, Hunan Province as an Example

随着我国城镇化进程的加快,全国各地出现了各类型的城市单一功能新区,比如开发区、工业园区、职教区等等,是城市向外拓展的重要空间载体。但经过长时间的发展,这种单一功能的新区暴露了许多问题,如职住不平衡、生产服务与生活服务设施缺乏、“空城”与“睡城”以及所带来的城市交通拥挤、环境、安全等诸多城市问题。本文以娄底市经济技术开发区梅子湾地区城市设计为例,主要从城市用地功能、交通体系等方面出发,初步探讨“产城融合”理念下城市规划相关策略研究,通过对区域背景及现状问题的分析研究,从规划理念、发展目标、总体定位等方面指导区域向产城融合性新区发展,以期为其他城市开发区建设中在产城融合理念指导下的规划策略研究提供经验借鉴。
