泉州城南历史街区街道发展与演变

Development and Evolution of Historic Streets in the South of Quanzhou City

本文以泉州城南历史街区为研究对象,从其历史渊源和发展演变入手,通过现状调研,对城南历史街区其中之一聚宝街的历史建筑、街巷格局、图底关系、建筑立面和建筑风貌等方面进行分析,多角度多层次的分析城南历史街区衰落的原因。进而提出相应的可持续发展的保护及更新策略,希望为以后城南历史街区的保护与建设贡献一份力量。

This paper takes Quanzhou Chengnan historic block as the research object, starting from its historical origin and development evolution, and through the investigation of the current situation,it analyses the historical buildings, street pattern, map base relationship, building elevation and architectural style of Jubao Street, one of the historic blocks in the south of Quanzhou, and analyses the reasons for the decline of the historic blocks in the south of Quanzhou from various angles and levels. And then put forward the corresponding sustainable development protection and renewal strategy, hoping to contribute to the protection and construction of the historic blocks in the south of the city in the future.
