住宅卫生间标准化设计是实现住宅产业化的首选及必经之路。居住者对卫生间的重视程度在逐渐提高,对质量问题的容忍度比公建要低。住宅卫生间的功能特点及设计难点突出,需要改进设计方法,进行精细化研究。本文按照住宅卫生间平面形状、适宜人群、建造方式分为不同系列,按照有无外窗、设备设施的不同,分为多种布置型式。对每种型式的卫生间进行精细化研究,由建筑专业统筹考虑各工种设计内容,经其他专业认可,并经调研修正设计数据,绘制成卫生间标准模块,集结成标准模块图库。以此提升卫生间设计质量,提高设计效率,期望给地方设计的标准化研究提供思路和经验。

The standardization design of residential toilets is the first choice and the only way to achieve residential industrialization. The occupant's emphasis on the bathroom is gradually increasing, and the tolerance for quality problems is lower than that of public construction. The functional features and design difficulties of residential toilets are outstanding, and it is necessary to improve the design method and carry out refined research. This paper is divided into different series according to the plane shape, suitable crowd and construction mode of the residential toilet. According to the presence or absence of external windows and equipment, it is divided into various layout types. Each type of bathroom is refined. The construction professional considers the design content of each type of work. It is approved by other professions, and the design data is corrected by investigation. It is drawn into the bathroom standard module and assembled into a standard module library. In order to improve the design quality of the bathroom and improve the design efficiency, it is expected to provide ideas and experience for the standardized research of local design.
