摘要
为研究环境酸碱度对电缆绝缘老化的影响,将电缆绝缘材料薄片样本和短电缆样本置于pH值不同的条件下进行加速老化实验,然后对不同老化样本的微观形貌和电气性能进行测试分析。结果表明:酸性或碱性的环境均会加速电缆绝缘的老化,降低电缆的使用寿命,绝缘材料在强酸和强碱性环境更容易形成贯穿性水树,引发电力电缆运行事故。短电缆样本在碱性环境下老化更严重,电气性能下降更快。
In order to study the influence of acid and alkaline environment on the ageing of cable insulation, XLPE chips and short power cable samples were aged under different pH value conditions, and the micro-structure and electrical properties of different ageing samples were compared. The results show that the acid and alkaline environment would accelerate the ageing of cable insulation and decrease the service life of cable. And the strong acid and strong alkaline environment is more conducive to form interpenetrating water tree in cable insulation, which will lead to power cable operation accident. The ageing degree of short cable samples in alkaline environment is worse, and the electrical properties decrease faster.
