农户认知视角下农民土地流转意愿及行为研究——基于陕西农户的调查

Study on Peasants' Willingness and Behavior of Land Transfer from the Perspective of Peasants' Cognition: Based on Rural Household Surveys in Shaanxi Province

现代化农业需要土地规模化、生产现代化、经营现代化,土地流转是实现现代化农业必不可少的前提。基于陕西省咸阳市农民土地流转的调查数据,探讨了农户土地流转意愿及流转行为,并运用Logistic模型分析了影响农户土地流转意愿的因素。研究结果表明,在土地流转意愿方面,农户土地流入意愿高于流出意愿,土地流转市场出现供给不足现象。在影响因素中,年龄、性别、土地闲置对农民土地流转意愿影响显著,年龄越大、女性、土地闲置的农户更愿意进行土地流转。

Modern agriculture needs land scale, production and management modernization, and land transfer is the important way realizing modern agriculture. Based on the surveys of rural household in Shaanxi province, this paper analyses the impacts of peasants’ willingness and behavior of land transfer by Logistic mode. The results show that land inflow intention is higher than outflow intention, and land transfer market is in short supply. Age, gender and land idle have significant positive effect on land transfer willingness of the peasants. Older, female and idle peasants are more willing to transfer their land.
