民办高校教师队伍建设研究述评

A Review on the Construction of Teachers’ Team in Private Higher Colleges

民办高校的教育质量是学校发展的生命线,而教师队伍素质的高低则是决定教育质量优劣的关键。通过分析民办高校教师队伍的现状,并将国内近5年来的相关研究分为四大类:教师薪酬、教师激励、教师发展和教师流失,分模块进行综述,探析该领域未来的研究趋势和方向,旨在为今后研究民办高校教师队伍建设提供有价值的文献参考。

The quality of education in private higher colleges is the lifeline of school development,and the quality of teachers’ team is the key to determining the quality of education. By analyzing the current situation of the teaching staff of private higher colleges,and dividing the relevant research in the past five years into four categories: teacher compensation,teacher motivation, teacher development and teacher loss,the sub -module is reviewed to explore the future research trends and directions in this field. It aims to provide valuable literature references for the future study of the construction of teachers’team in private higher colleges.
