摘要
随着人工智能时代的到来和服务型经济模式逐渐深入到社会各行业,对高职院校培养服务型制造业技术人才提出了新要求,高职图书馆是院校教学与教研重要的辅助部门,在馆藏与服务同等重要的图书馆管理中也跟随时代的脚步和学院快速发展要求进行管理创新的尝试,以人为本,在经过近三年的管理创新尝试中为图书馆服务绩效考核做出了新成效。
With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence and the service economic model gradually penetrating into various industries in society,new requirements are put forward for training service manufacturing technical talents in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational library is an important auxiliary department of teaching and research in the library management which is as important as the collection and service. It also follows the pace of the times and the fast development of colleges. With the idea of people -orientation,three years’management innovation attempts have made new achievements for the library service performance assessment.
