摘要
衡水农村学前教育面临着新农村建设、计生新政策等新形势,呈现出资源缺乏且不均衡的情况。通过进行多种方式的调查,对衡水农村学前教育师资资源、教育园舍、教学设施、教育规模和形式种类四个方面进行了归纳、总结、分析,对衡水农村学前教育资源供给和改善,提出了较为具体的综合建议。
Rural preschool education in Hengshui is facing new situations such as new countryside construction and new family planning policies,showing a lack of resources and imbalance. Through investigation,this paper summarizes and analyses the resources of teachers,educational gardens,teaching facilities,scale and types of education in rural preschool education in Hengshui,and puts forward specific comprehensive suggestions for the supply and improvement of rural preschool education resources in Hengshui.
