摘要
为提高食品安全治理能力,本文对湛江市现阶段食品安全治理的现状、食品安全治理机制进行研究,针对食品安全治理的问题,提出完善食品安全治理的对策,以期为湛江市食品消费市场安全创造良好的治理环境。
In order to improve the ability of food safety management,this paper studies the current situation and mechanism of food safety management in Zhanjiang City. Aiming at the problems of food safety governance,it puts forward countermeasures to improve food safety management,hoping to create a good environment for food consumption market safety in Zhanjiang City.
