随着国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的不断推进,基层社会也在发生着新的变化,基层群众工作不断向好的同时也伴随出现了不少新的问题。如何做好新时代群众工作,基层党组织应发挥引领作用,通过强化基层组织建设,牢固树立群众观点,真正践行群众路线。既要结合一般群众工作方法,又要突出地方特色,进而达到"共性"和"个性"的有机结合,探寻适合的路径。

With the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,the grassroots society is also undergoing new changes. The grassroots work is getting better,but also accompanied by many new problems. How to do the mass work well in the new era,grassroots party organizations should play a leading role,by strengthening the construction of grassroots organizations,firmly establish the views of the masses,and truly practice the mass line. It is necessary to combine the working methods of the general masses and highlight local characteristics,so as to achieve the organic combination of“commonness” and“individuality”and explore an appropriate path.
