西部妇女发展现状、存在问题及发展建议——以四川地区为例

The Current Situation, Problems and Suggestions of Women’s Development in Western Areas of China——Take Sichuan Area as an Example

妇女素质提升及个人发展,是一个国家社会整体发展水平的重要体现。中国共产党一直以来重视妇女工作及妇女发展,一直倡导男女平等。本文以四川妇联抽样问卷调查结果为基础,针对四川妇女个人素质提升及发展的现状进行了阐述,通过分析研究发现妇女个人发展中存在的问题,最后提出了针对四川妇女发展的一些建议,以期能对妇联针对妇女发展这块工作起到一定的帮助。

The promotion and development of women’s quality is an important embodiment of social development level. The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance on women’s work and development,and has advocated equality between men and women. This paper first explores the current situation of women’s quality promotion in Sichuan Province based on sampling questionnaire survey which made by Sichuan Women Union,then finds the existed problems by analysis and research. At last it puts forward some suggestions according to the development of Women’s work in Sichuan in order to provide help in the relative work.
