摘要
本研究立足于学前教育专业的高校新手型教师,针对《学前儿童发展科学》这门课程,通过教学实践和反思,来探索案例式教学方法在授课过程中的教学效果及存在问题,例如,缺乏丰富的案例来源,新手型教师不能对案例进行透彻分析。然后,通过实践的教学活动,提出可行性的建议,如拓展案例来源,丰富教学内容;加强新手型教师本身对案例的理解,并从丰富大学课堂和促进教师专业成长两个方面反思案例式教学在高校课堂中的重要作用。
This research is based on the university novice teachers,whose major is pre-school education. In view of the course“Science of Preschool Children’s Development”,the text explores the teaching effect and existing problems of the case - based teaching method in the teaching process through teaching practice and reflection. For example,the university teachers cannot make a thorough analysis of the cases because of the lack of abundant case sources. Then,through practical teaching activities, we put forward feasible suggestions,such as expanding the source of cases ,enriching the teaching content,and strengthening university teachers’own understanding of cases. It also reflects on the important role of case-based teaching in college classroom from two aspects: enriching college classroom and promoting teachers’professional growth.
