摘要
在含砷金硫铁矿制酸烧渣烧结氯化挥发提金工艺基础上进行局部改进研究,通过对硫铁矿烧渣加助剂和硫酸浸取降砷,得到滤渣(干)含Fe48.73%,含As0.28%;通过对滤渣加氯化钙和助剂制球团,烧结挥发出金银等烟汽,得到Au挥发率93%;Ag挥发率88%;铁球团:Fe49.3%,主要有害杂质:As0.13%,S0.14%,可直接或搭配高品位铁矿炼铁。
Based on the sintering chlorination and volatilization process of arsenic-containing pyrite cinder, the partial improvement of the process was studied. By adding additives and sulfuric acid leaching to pyrite cinder to reduce arsenic, the filter residue(dry) containing Fe 48.73% and As 0.28% were obtained. By adding calcium chloride and additives to the filter residue to pellet, the fume vapors such as gold and silver were sintered and volatilized, and the Au volatilization rate was 93%, Ag volatilization rate was 88%, iron pellet: Fe 49.3%. Main harmful impurities: As 0.13%, S 0.14%,which can be used in ironmaking directly or with high-grade iron ore.
