摘要
流速计算与控制是输油管道投产过程中的重要内容,但空管启泵后往往处于管输流量不可知的状态。为了准确计算管道中的瞬时流量,利用离心泵与调节阀工作特性,提出了使用管输系统中的常见设备进行流量计算的方法,即根据离心泵工作特性曲线中的H-Q曲线与调节阀工作特性曲线获知管输流量。结合管道投产实例对2种流量计算方法进行分析和验证,实践表明2种技术方法简单可靠,不仅可以在管道投产时进行流量计算,而且也可在流量计发生故障时对管道的瞬时流量进行计算。
The calculation and control of flow rate is an important part of oil pipelineputting into operation, but the flow rate of pipeline is often unknown after starting pump. In order to accurately calculate the instantaneous flow rate in the pipeline, a method of calculating the flow rate through the common equipment in the pipeline transportation system is proposed, that is, the flow rate in the pipeline is obtainedaccording to the H-Q curve of centrifugal pump and the working characteristic curve of control valve. Two flow-rate calculation methods are validated by an example of pipeline commissioning. The results show that the two methods are simple and reliable.They can not only calculate the flow-rate during pipeline commissioning, but also calculate the instantaneous flow of pipeline when the flowmeter fails.
