压力容器制造过程中异种钢焊接工艺及无损检测方法研究 被引量:15

摘要 TSG 21—2016《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》(以下简称《固容规》)规定应对异种钢焊接接头进行表面无损检测。但在实际生产过程中,笔者发现设计、制造和检验单位对异种钢概念理解各有不同,导致其是否需要进行无损检测以及在无损检测工艺的选择上存在一定的误区。结合相关资料及工作实际,阐述了压力容器制造过程中异种钢的划分及相应的焊接和检验要求,对压力容器制造检验具有一定的指导意义。 It is stipulated in"Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel"(TSG 21-2016)that surface nondestructive testing of dissimilar steel welded joints should be carried out. However, in the actual production process, it is found that different design, manufacturing and inspection units have different understanding of the concept of dissimilar steel, which leads to some misunderstandings in the need for non-destructive testing and the selection of non-destructive testing process. Combining with relevant information and work practice, the classification of dissimilar steels and corresponding welding and inspection requirements in the manufacturing process of pressure vessel are elaborated, which has certain guiding significance for the manufacturing and inspection of pressure vessel.
