Application of Quantitative and Weighing Loading System in Light Hydrocarbon Filling

安塞油田轻烃生产系统充装站单一使用地衡称重系统,这种充装模式存在损耗大、风险高、劳动强度大等问题。针对这些问题,经过研究改造后采用了定量+地衡装车系统,提高了结算精度,装车系统计量相对误差由原来的1%降低到0.2%,实现了充装过程实时监控及的安全、高效、准确地装车目标。

Ground balance weighing system is used in filling station of light hydrocarbon production system in Ansai Oilfield. This filling mode has many shortcomings, such as high loss, high risk and high labor intensity. After modification, the quantitative ground balance weighing loading system is adopted to improve the settlement accuracy, and the relative error of the loading system is reduced from 1% to 0.2%. The application of the quantitative ground balance weighing loading system realizes the real-time monitoring of the filling process, and makes the loading of light hydrocarbons safe, efficient and accurate.
