摘要
以昌赣高铁泰和赣江特大桥主桥挂篮悬浇工程为依托,进行挂篮反力预压理论研究与实测分析。通过有限元求解和现场测量数据进行对比分析,采用修正剪力法优化后确定的预压加载位置进行挂篮反力预压,可以获得相对准确的挂篮弹性变形和非弹性变形结果,为桥梁立模标高提供更加准确的依据,满足高速铁路桥梁纵断面线型精细化标准的要求。研究结果可为类似工程悬浇施工挂篮预压方案的选择提供参考。
Taking the hanging basket suspension casting construction of the main bridge of Taihe Ganjiang super-large bridge on the Nanchang-Ganzhou high-speed railway as an example,the theoretical research and experimental analysis of the reaction preloading of hanging basket are carried out. The contrastive analysis is carried out through the finite element solution and the field measurement data. The relatively accurate results of elastic and inelastic deformation of the hanging basket can be obtained by using the pre-loading position determined by the modified shear force method to pre-press the reaction of the hanging basket. It satisfies the requirement of the refinement standard of high-speed railway bridge vertical section line shape. And the research results can provide reference for the selection of hanging basket preloading schemes for similar projects.
