摘要
格栅钢架是隧道支护的重要措施,其8字结设计多为平面结构,内部连接采用单面焊,结构承载力较低。改进型格栅钢架8字结为三维空间结构,内部连接采用双面搭接焊,提高了整个结构的刚度和承载力。文章详细介绍了改进型格栅钢架结构设计与制作工艺,并根据某项目4座隧道的现场调研数据,进行费用测算和经济性评价。通过实践应用表明,推广该格栅钢架制作技术与安装工艺,对提升隧道工程施工质量与安全具有重要意义。
Grille steel frame is an important measure of tunnel support,its 8-knot design is mostly planar structure,the internal connection adopts single-side welding,and the structure bearing capacity is low.The improved grille steel frame has a three-dimensional structure of 8-knot,and the internal connection adopts double-sided lap welding,which improves the rigidity and bearing capacity of the whole structure. The design and fabrication technology of improved grille steel frame is introduced in detail. According to the field survey data of 4 tunnels in a project,the cost calculation and economic evaluation are carried out. The practical application shows that it is of great significance to popularize the fabrication technology and installation technology of the grille steel frame for improving the quality and safety of tunnel construction.
