“一带一路”视域下电力央企党建三维体系构建研究

Study on Construction of Three-dimensional System of Party Building of the Electric Power Central Enterprises Under the Viewpoint of "Belt and Road Initiative"

随着"一带一路"倡议不断推进,大批央企积极参与"一带一路"建设,国家电网公司等一批电力企业通过电力技术输出、设施建设、项目投资等多元方式融入"一带一路"发展。驻外央企党建面临新形势、新挑战。国家电网公司党组2018年对驻外机构党的建设提出了新要求。此文从长度机制、宽度机制、高度机制3个维度出发,建立包括党建时间、党建空间、党建内容、党建方式、党建理论、党建实践6个元素的党建三维体系,可有助于电力央企突破驻外机构党建困境,寻求党建新进展。

With the continuous promotion of "the Belt and Road Initiative",a large number of central enterprises have actively participated in the construction of "the Belt and Road Initiative",and a number of power enterprises such as State Grid Corporation of China have integrated into "the Belt and Road Initiative" development by means of diversified methods such as power technology export,facilities construction,project investment and the like.Party building of central enterprises stationed abroad is facing new situations and challenges.In 2018,the Party Group of State Grid Corporation of China put forward new demands on the Party building of the institutions stationed abroad.Starting from the three dimensions of the length mechanism,the width mechanism and the height mechanism,the paper establishes a three-dimensional Party building system,which includes six elements of the Party building time,Party building space,Party building content,Party building method,Party building theory and Party building practice.It can help electric power central enterprises break through the predicaments of Party building in the institutions stationed abroad and seek new progress in Party building.
